Rocker C is a veteran-owned manufacturing and consulting company based in Texas, serving state agencies, government entities, and first responder organizations.
Founded by Caleb Cheshire, an infantry veteran with 6 years of service and multiple combat deployments, Rocker C was built on the same standards demanded in the field: precision, accountability, and mission-ready results. We bring that same discipline to every fabrication project and consulting engagement we take on.
Rocker C is officially certified as a Texas Historically Underutilized Business (HUB), making us an eligible and preferred vendor for state agencies and organizations with HUB participation requirements.
